For patients with chronic disease and for those optimizing thriving, Dr. Amy has found that working closely together for the first year of care offers the most effective results. The healing journey often takes 2-5 years, and setting a strong foundation in the first year is essential. Getting to know ourselves, our needs and our adaptive patterns takes loving attention and time. Witnessing our patterns through the seasons of a year allows for Dr. Amy’s patients to develop a self-agency and empowered foundation for health. To accommodate this optimal care, Dr. Amy offers thriving health plans for individuals and families (detailed below). New patients may choose a thriving wellness plan or choose to pay per-visit. Dr. Amy offers free 15 minute phone consults to discuss your specific needs and answer questions you may have prior to scheduling a new patient appointment.
Individual Plan (Option For new patients)
$200.00/mo x 12 months
Initial (90 minute) new patient appointment
Second (75 minute) extended appointment for lab results and discussion of physiology and treatment
Up to 8 (45-minute) follow up appointments approximately every 6 weeks
Up to 2 (30-minute) acute/brief appointments, as needed

$50.00 per month for each additional family member (up to 4 total)
Initial (60-90 minute) appointment for each member of the family
Up to 8 (45-75 minute) regular or extended follow-up appointments distributed among family members as needed
